Despite its high resolution, the height measurement range extends up to 25 mm, allowing 3D inspection of all types of SMT mounted parts, including very small and tall parts.

3. Industry's fastest AOI cycle time with 8 μm camera resolution
Saki's team of optical inspection experts handles all software development in-house. This ensures optimal interaction and coordination with the various hardware subsystems, achieving the fastest cycle times in the industry. Image capture, processing and verification algorithms run in parallel, minimising latency.

4. High resolution 3D soldering inspection
Saki's unique solder joint verification algorithm improves the false/true failure rate by measuring the shape of the solder joint and the wetting height.

The high-resolution images of the new camera system and the improved colour visibility of the soldering surface thanks to the advanced "dome" illumination greatly support the operator's perception.
